Web Development Questions
- How are you planning on achieving excellent search engine results? What are you going to do to our site when Google changes their algorithm and the CLIENT site is no longer achieving the same search engine results?
- What kind of backend tools do you offer so that we can change all website and capabilities content internally?
- Will the CLIENT own our website after completion or do any/all changes have to be made by your firm with ongoing charges?
- Do you offer email and telephone technical support for all included back-end website tools? Are there fees for using this support after the website is completed?
- Will the CLIENT site include usage tracking and analytic software? Will we have access to it and will there be additional cost associated with that software?
- How will the website convert users? What types of "actions" can users take to encourage contacting me?
- What platform is your company proposing for the site? HTML, ASP, etc.
- How many industrial websites has your firm done in the past? Please provide a few examples for reference.
- What updates to the platform are planned in the future?
- What content management tools are you offering? How will you train the CLIENT users on them and how many times?
- What warranty is included for the website?
- How is the end of the development project determined? What is your company's position on support at the end of the project?
