Frank Filippi is the co-founder of Psycray Corporation located in both the Chicago area and Champaign, Illinois. He specializes in Web Design and Search Engine Optimization, bringing experience working with facilitating data requirements and analysis, code development and optimization, system and data management, along with automated and manual testing of mid-size to large sites.

As co-founder of Psycray, Mr. Filippi has worked with clients in all stages of their web development cycle. He has created companies' first sites, provided search engine optimization, integrated the sites with back end systems, and implemented support systems to handle the website growth.

Mr. Filippi has worked for over twenty years in the computer field. He has experience as project manager for two Web development firms prior to the establishment of Psycray Corp. He also brings experience in the business segment having worked as an operations manager, comptroller and an industrial consultant.

Glenda has been a member of Psycray Corporation for the last five years. As a member of the Psycray team she has been responsible for organizing and managing our SEO and website development projects. She specializes in initial site evaluation and helps guide our team as we work to create a search engine friendly site your customers can find easily.

Prior to her work with Psycray, Glenda worked in the field of education and computers. She graduated with a BA in Education from Indiana University and holds a Masters of Fine Arts in Education from the University of Illinois. Her interest in computers and education prompted her to acquire an additional 60 graduate hours beyond her Master's Degree.

Dimitri's technical skill set includes experience with Flash Action Script, Flash Design, Java, Html related technologies, Delphi and PHP. Dimitri spent 3 years coding Flash Action Script movies for a British Company, As a Java developer he worked on a team in charge of developing part of a portal for BMW Software. He has used Hibernate (Database), Spring (Container), Struts (JSP - End user interface),and Saxon (XML Parsing). He has extensive experience with the implementation of CMS (Content Management System) packages.

His academic achievements include prizes at the International and National Olympiades in Mathematics and Informatics.

John has experience with PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. He is also familiar with CMS packages and has done extensive CMS work with both development and bug fixing.

Deborah analyzes companies, competitors, and industries in order to improve client's websites and promote them to increase their bottom line. She assists with website development projects and communicates with developers, graphic artists, content editors, and testers to achieve a quality product.

Prior to her work at Psycray, she received an MBA from Drexel University with dual concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, and earned a spot in an International Business Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma. Her professional work experience includes time at DuPont as a Market Research Analyst Intern, Verizon as an Organizational Development Intern, a Group Sales Manager for Macy's East, and as a Marketing Associate for Janney Montgomery Scott. She received a BS in Marketing and International Business from Pennsylvania State in Marketing and International Business, with a minor in Media Studies.

Jenny is a recent graduate from the University of Illinois where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Advertising. She will continue her education this fall at the University of Illinois where she will pursue her Master's of Human Resource and Industrial Relations.

Previously, she worked at a company called Schneider Electric. Her most relevant project included designing, writing the content and publishing a website for her employer.

Jenny is working full-time at Psycray this summer and will continue to work here part-time during her graduate program.

Jared was born and raised in northern New Jersey. At a young age he began working in the resort business. While working at Mountain Creek Water Park Jared held several different positions, ranging from Life Guard to Retail Supervisor with a staff of over 20 working under him. As Jared became more experienced with computers he made the switch from retail to the I.T. department. During the cold New Jersey winters Jared was part of a team of people who ran the Coca Cola Tube Park at Mountain Creek Ski Resort.

After graduating Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Journalism, Jared took time off from the resort business. During this time he worked as an EMT for Pilot Medical Services. Jared remains a certified EMT in New Jersey and in Pennsylvania.

Making the move to Illinois Jared began to peruse a career in Television by obtaining a job as a producer at ABC 15 in Champaign Illinois.

He currently uses his years of I.T. experience as the project manager for Psycray. He makes it his mission to not only complete a project, but also keep the client informed with all the progress that is being made on their site.

As a tester for Psycray, Malini spends hours searching in our testing environment for any "bugs" that may prevent applications from running smoothly in production. She uncovers problems before they cause site issues. She also spends time evaluating the usability of a site and makes recommendations for improvement.

Copernicus, a long haired miniature dachshund, is our official office mascot. He resembles an Irish Setter puppy that was stretched out and then pushed down to the ground. He greets everyone with a wagging tail, a bark and open "paws."
